Buster is a handsome and energetic Husky who happens to have an intense love for snow. One of the pup’s favorite things to do is to play around tumbling in the cold snow. So you can just really imagine how difficult it is to get him off the snow and go back into the warmth of his house. That’s what Michael Kapusty, the pup’s fur dad, has to go through almost every day in the winter.
Michael said that it can be especially hard to convince his pup to leave the snow at night because Buster would rather sleep on his snow pile than go back indoors. Huskies usually have a high tendency to insist on doing things their way, and Buster is no exception to that. So every time snowflakes start to fall to the ground each year, the pup gets incredibly excited and prepares himself to dive into the snow once it gets all heaped up.
But to Buster’s horror, before he could start playing, his grandpa started shoveling the snow away. Michael said that it was the first snow of the year, so his pup was highly displeased when he saw that his beloved snow was being taken away. Not giving up without a fight, Buster decided to sit on a spot of snow. But to his dismay, his grandpa continued shoveling all the snow until the only heap left was the spot Buster was sitting on.
In the video Michael recorded, Buster and his grandpa could be seen having a face-off. Buster refused to leave his spot, but his grandpa wasn’t giving up either. Eventually, the pup realized that he lost the battle over his snow, so he reluctantly moved away from his spot and watched his grandpa shovel the snow. At that moment, there was a look of disappointment in the pup’s eyes, but the pup didn’t feel that way for long.
Later that day, Michael brought Buster outside their yard where heaps and heaps of snow laid waiting for him to dive into. When Buster saw this, his energetic and cheerful self came back, and in no time, he was playing and tumbling in the snow. No doubt, as the pup played in the snow, his battle over his snow pile with his grandpa is now a distant memory away.
